Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of the customer receiving the items.
Returned goods must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- In the condition that it originally left our store, in it’s original packaging and must be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.
Crystal Cave reserves the right to refuse any return if the above conditions are not met.
Please note: Should a customer change their mind not want items purchased anymore, we will not refund the costs but the customer will receive a voucher to the value of their original purchase, shipping excluded, to use online or in store.
Since the majority of our pieces re one-off, unique pieces we will not be able to do any exchanges so only refunds will apply. Returns will not be processed until the goods have been received.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges should they change their mind about their purchase. The original shipping cast will not be refunded, only the cost of the item.
- If Crystal Cave made an error and sent the incorrect items, Crystal Cave will refund the customer once the product is returned.
- We will only accept packages returned via traceable carrier, not the South Africa Post Office. It is recommended to add insurance for the return as Crystal Cave will not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged during shipping. We will not refund the original or return shipping costs.
- We will not refund the original shipping cost, even when a customer received free shipping on their order.
