For your convenience we offer a variety of shipping options. Should you select PostNet (collect at Postnet) or PaxiPost (collect at Pep Store), please ensure that you let us know your closest brach in the order notes and be sure to enter your phone number correctly.
For door-to-door delivery we mainly use The Courier Guy for all shipping in South Africa. We aim to ship all orders next day after payment was received with the exception of holidays and weekends. It can however take 2-3 days as some stock items are kept at other at our wholesale warehouse. The Courier Guy offers an overnight delivery to main centres but from practical experience it normally takes 2-3 days depending on the area where the customer requires the parcel to be delivered. Please note that there must be a person available at the delivery address during business hours to accept and sign for the parcel. We do not delivered to PO Boxes.
If you wish to do so, you can arrange for your own shipping. Please call us or email [email protected] for arrange this.
Please note, delivery to some places such as power stations, distribution centres and high risk areas as identified by the carriers can be more expensive so please check before placing your order.
Collection can also be done in store. Please note that the online stock is not kept at the shop so we will have to send it there so please wait for confirmation from us before you collect.
